Miki Brunou is a sound designer and composer working in the fields of film and performing arts. While promptly meeting the differing demands from designing soundscapes for a postmodern rendition of a Greek tragedy to composing score music for a feature-length documentary film, he’s often trying to extract the accidental musicality from the by-products of everyday human activities, finding equal inspiration from lush harmonies and harsh noise.
Miki graduated from the University of the Arts Helsinki’s Department of Lighting and Sound Design with honors in 2016, and from Aalto University's Medialab in 2017. He also holds a BA from Turku Arts Academy’s Film and Television Department. Miki is currently based in Helsinki, Finland.
